YOGA TEACHER TRIANING AND WORKSHOPS
James is beginning a 200 hr Yoga Teacher Training (Yoga Alliance) starting on September 4th 2020. The course will run on Fridays 10am-4pm over 1 year (36 Fridays in total) at the centre in Harrogate.
We also run regular meditations and Shamanic drumming evenings as well as monthly workshops.
